Smoked Salmon
Hot smoked salmon has a simple overnight brine of sugar & salt to enhance its natural flavour. You will enjoy a very moist, beautifully textured fish.

Cold Smoked Pork Fillet
High quality, restaurant grade pork fillets are thick, lean and really tasty. After an eight hour cold smoke, the pork fillets are rubbed in a pure organic apple syrup and packaged with a sprig of garden fresh rosemary.

Cold Smoked Chicken Thighs
Restaurant grade chicken thighs are all meat. No skin, bone or fat. Smoked naturally or with a dry cumin, tumeric, and paprika rub and packaged with some fragrant fresh thyme.

Cold Smoked T-Bone Steaks
A fast-growing favourite, these big beasts are seriously good. Moist and tender they are a BBQ must.

Smoked Mussels
Fat, juicy local mussels in a garlic, soy and honey baste.

Smoked Fish
